Fatehpur is locatedd on Super Highway which joins Karachi and peshawar. The segment of super highway on which fateh pur is located is called M.M( mianwali-muzzafargarh)road. its right in the middle of Multan and Mianwali.
Fatehpur has Dvision's ( Dera ghazi khan which comprises of four districts) largest Ceareal Markete. it has regions largest Scrap shops. and because of large area it covers it is a large markete place of the District.
the town surroundings are famous for citrus fruits and cereals production.however sugar cane, cotton and some other fruits are also well produced
Fatehpur is a well planned and clean town. The city is chracterised to have wider and nice roads.
